Ingredients:

  • 1 pound potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup paneer, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Combine the potatoes, paneer, flour, cilantro, mint, raisins, cashews, garam masala, salt, and pepper to make the koftas. Mix well to combine.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the koftas in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the koftas from the pan and set aside.
